➜ After this 2-hour window, your order is automatically pushed to our fulfillment center for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

➜ If you missed the window, please wait for delivery and then contact our support team to initiate a return.

🔧 Order Processing

➜ All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday).

➜ You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your package is on the way.

➜ Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Times

To provide you with the best prices and ensure stable stock, we ship from our global fulfillment centers. Due to high viral demand on social media, please expect the following delivery timeframes:

Standard Tracked Shipping: 7–15 business days.

Minor Delays: In some cases, there may be a slight delay of 1–2 business days. This is completely normal and can be caused by:

📦 Delivery Issues & Shipping Responsibility

➜ Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the postal carrier, liability transfers to the customer.

➜ If your tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, we recommend:

↳ Inspecting around the delivery location (porch, side door, mailbox).

↳ Contacting your local post office immediately for GPS coordinates of the drop-off.
